initial consultation
First of all, we listen to your needs and aspirations. We answer your questions, see possibilities, get to know your inspirations, lifestyle, and get informed about your budget and define your interior style. Then we book an appointment together for the measured and photographed survey of your place.

survey
Survey stage is where we take measurements and pictures of your place. During the process, we take measurements of walls and doors, as well as radiators, windows, electricity, pipes, and all the other fixings so that we can step up to concept design stage with all details that affect design and as well as ensure that we understand all factors such as time scale, budget, and any structural or administrative requirements.

concept design
We develop a detailed design brief and work with you to form the vision of your future place. We will present the concept designs, consisting of floor plans & elevations illustrating the proposed furniture layouts, 3D visuals.
We also deliver mood board displays containing samples of all proposed finishes as well as imagery of recommended furniture and joinery concepts. All these documents will make it clear so you can see what the place is going to be. At this stage, we may outline the budget and schedule of works if any structural changes that may be required.

detailed design
& tender documents
Having approved all of the concept designs, we proceed to the design development and detail design stage. The technical data and drawings provide for a smooth and hassle-free installation process and limit the potential problems.
This stage is a crucial part of the implementation process, and it is about the details. We provide technical drawings, electrical plans specifications and product names of all items, furniture, and finishes, design and estimation of bespoke and made to measure items along with an all final finishes, art and accessories for approval for the client.
Each element of the scheme is developed, specified, priced, and presented for discussion for the client to approve. It is a fully itemized breakdown of costs compatible with the agreed budget. sourcing
Either we offer our contacts, or you can direct us to your preferred contacts to source the best furniture and fittings. We then proceed to placing and managing all orders with suppliers and manage manufacturing of bespoke items (e.g. furniture, joinery, kitchens).

project management
& procurement
When construction completed, we coordinate the delivery and installation of furnishings and bespoke items.
We will manage the procurement process to ensure that the project is fully delivered according to the specifications and any issues arising in the course of the project are resolved to maintain quality, budget and programme.
Orders and deliveries will be organized so that they arrive at the required time. Throughout this stage, the client will be kept informed of progress.
The schedule of works will be outlined and agreed. We will keep the client updated about the progress.

final touch,styling
& dressing
To create the finished look we review the overall visual styling and source decorative objects, textiles, houseplants and curate the artwork when the design work is completed and all items are installed. We call it final touches which complete the overall look.
